The service and this agreement

iamtutor.app is provided by SP Narek Tamazyan, Sole Proprietor, Armenia. Business details and postal contact are below. By using a live account service, you agree to these terms and any terms clearly presented when you subscribe. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

The public website introduces the platform through sample product screens. These previews do not create student accounts, submit enquiries, take payments or give access to a live AI assistant. Until account creation or checkout is available through an identified destination, browsing or clicking a preview CTA does not create a paid subscription.

Your account

You must be an adult with legal capacity to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity you authorise in your account. Do not share another person’s credentials or bypass access controls.

You remain responsible for your tutoring services, student communications, teaching commitments and compliance with laws that apply to your business. iamtutor.app does not employ tutors or guarantee teaching outcomes or new students.

Students, lessons and payment records

The platform is intended to organise students, schedules, packages, notes, leads and basic business analytics. You are responsible for the accuracy of entries and for keeping records required by your own business.

iamtutor.app is not a student payment processor. Tutors collect student payments independently, then record the amount, method and date. Lesson balances are calculated from records you enter; they do not verify a bank transaction. Your lesson cancellation, refund and payment agreements remain between you and your students.

Your content and tutor page

You retain rights in the content you enter. You give us permission to store, display and process it only as needed to provide the service and the features you request, including through relevant service providers.

Only submit information you are entitled to use. Give students and guardians appropriate privacy notices and obtain permissions where required. Your personal tutor page may display the profile, subjects, packages, prices, genuine reviews and contact details you choose to publish. Do not publish private student notes, fabricated reviews or material that infringes others’ rights.

Plans and billing

The published plans are listed below. Yearly plans are charged as an annual total; the displayed per-month figure is for comparison. Available features, billing frequency, renewal arrangements and any applicable taxes must be shown before you confirm a purchase. The public demo itself does not charge subscription fees.

• Free: $0, up to 3 students.
• Standard: $14.99 per month, or $150 billed yearly; unlimited students.
• AI Pro: $29.99 per month, or $300 billed yearly; unlimited students + ai.

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

If a recurring subscription is offered, its recurring nature and renewal date must be disclosed before purchase. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Unless an account is closed or suspended for a valid reason, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Cancellation does not by itself refund a started billing period. Refunds required by applicable law remain available; confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected. Any additional refund offer shown before purchase also applies. Read the separate policy for request details.

AI and integrations

AI Pro is intended to help you interpret your workspace records and prepare summaries and follow-up suggestions. Review its output before relying on it. Suggestions are not financial, legal or educational advice and do not send payments or messages simply because they appear in a preview.

Named integrations on the website describe planned connections; their availability is confirmed at launch. A third-party tool may have its own terms and privacy notice. Connecting a tool requires the relevant permission; its logo does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, fraudulent payment records, malicious code or unauthorised access. Do not disrupt the service, evade security controls or expose other people’s private records.

The website, product interface and brand materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of iamtutor.app software or grant permission to impersonate the service. Public search indexing is not prohibited by this clause.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security issues or third-party infrastructure may affect access. A preview of a feature is not a guarantee that the feature is already available.

Material subscription or price changes must be communicated before they apply to a future paid period, with an opportunity to cancel. Changes do not retroactively alter a confirmed charge. Keep an appropriate independent copy of records important to your business.

Account closure and responsibility

You may request account closure using an available account process or our postal contact. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, security incident or legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a response.

Neither party excludes responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate records you enter, your teaching services, or decisions made solely on an unchecked AI suggestion. Our responsibility for a breach of these terms is determined under applicable law.

Governing law and contacting us

These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to you under applicable law. This clause does not remove consumer rights that cannot be waived.
