Is iamtutor.app a payment processor?
No. You receive payments directly using your usual method, then record them in iamtutor.app. We track the package, lessons purchased, completed lessons and remaining balance. We do not collect or process student payments.
Can I use it with my existing students?
Yes. Add your current students, their packages, remaining lessons and notes. You can start with your next lesson without changing how you teach.
Can I use the platform now?
This website is a product preview. Account creation opens with the platform launch. You can explore the sample screens and plans now; no account is created or payment taken by a demo.
Do I get my own tutor website?
Yes. Every plan includes a personal tutor page at iamtutor.app/tutor/your-name, with your profile, subjects, packages, pricing, reviews and a contact form.
How do leads work?
Enquiries from your tutor page appear in Leads. Keep the contact details and selected package together, mark a lead as contacted, and convert them into a student when they are ready.
Can I track lesson packages?
Yes. Record a package and the number of lessons purchased. As lessons are completed, the remaining balance updates so you always know when a student needs a new package.
What does AI Pro have access to?
AI Pro uses the business records in your workspace: students, lessons, schedules, recorded payments, packages, leads and notes. It does not have access to your bank account or other tutors’ workspaces.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the billing period. Cancellation and refund details are explained in our Terms and Refund Policy.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes up to 3 students, the lesson calendar, packages, payment records, notes, leads, basic analytics and your personal tutor page. No credit card is required.
