Who is responsible

iamtutor.app is operated by SP Narek Tamazyan, a Sole Proprietor in Armenia. Full business details and our postal contact appear below.

The public website currently presents illustrative product previews. Its student names, notes, balances and AI answers are sample data. Demo interactions run in your browser and do not create accounts, submit enquiries or send student records to us. Account, login or request links may lead to a separately available service; check the notice shown there before providing information.

Information from website visits

Cloudflare infrastructure delivers and protects this website. Technical request information may include your IP address, requested URL, access time, browser or device information and security signals. This information supports delivery, reliability and abuse prevention.

The current website does not include advertising trackers, a third-party analytics script, a Turnstile widget or Telegram notifications. Fonts and product images are served with the site. See our Cookie Policy for browser-storage details.

Information used by platform features

When account features are available and you use them, the platform may handle the following information to provide your workspace. The actual information depends on what you enter and which features you use.

• Tutor account and profile details, such as name, email and subjects taught.
• Student and guardian contact details, student profiles and records entered by the tutor.
• Lesson dates, schedules, durations, attendance and completed-lesson records.
• Packages, purchased lessons, remaining balances and manually recorded payment amounts, dates and methods.
• Student notes, goals and lesson history.
• Leads, selected packages, enquiry messages and contact-form submissions from a tutor’s personal page.
• Operational usage information and service diagnostics where those features are enabled.

Why information is used

Information is used to provide requested services: maintain accounts, organise lessons and student records, calculate package balances, deliver tutor pages and collect their enquiries. It may also be used to respond to requests, keep the service secure, resolve billing issues and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the information and applicable law, processing is based on providing a requested service or contract, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations, or consent where consent is required. We do not use the public product demo to collect student data.

Tutors and student records

Tutors decide which student records to enter and why. For those records, we provide a service on the tutor’s instructions; the tutor remains responsible for an appropriate legal basis, notices, permissions and the accuracy of their records.

If you are a student or guardian, contact your tutor first about records in their workspace. We may need to verify authority and coordinate with the tutor before acting on a request. Do not place unnecessary medical, identification or other sensitive information in general lesson notes.

AI Pro and your workspace

The AI examples on the public website are prepared sample answers, not calls to an AI service. No student information is sent to an AI provider by these examples.

When live AI Pro features are offered, relevant workspace records may be used to answer your questions, summarise notes and identify useful follow-ups. The feature’s provider and data-handling information must be disclosed before that processing is enabled. AI Pro does not require access to a tutor’s bank account and does not process student payments.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare processes technical information to host, deliver and protect the site. Its privacy information is linked below. We may use service providers for an enabled account feature, support or subscription billing; the relevant provider and purpose will be identified when that feature is available.

Information may also be disclosed where law requires it, to protect the service or people from abuse, or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information. A tutor’s public profile and any genuine reviews they choose to publish are visible to visitors; private student notes are not intended for publication.

Payment records are not payment processing

Tutors receive student payments through their own chosen methods and manually record them in iamtutor.app. A payment record is a business entry, not a transfer of money. The platform does not collect student card details or initiate student payments.

Fees for an iamtutor.app subscription, if purchased, are separate from a tutor’s lesson payments. Information needed for subscription billing and the relevant billing provider will be disclosed before checkout.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including service operation, security, dispute resolution and legal recordkeeping. Technical delivery and security information follows the relevant infrastructure provider’s retention practices.

When platform accounts are available, workspace records are retained while needed to provide the account. Account closure or an authorised deletion request starts deletion or anonymisation, except for information we must retain for legal obligations or a legitimate unresolved claim. Backup copies, where used, expire through their retention cycle and are not used as an active workspace.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and service to reduce unauthorised access and misuse. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private and enter only information necessary for your tutoring work.

Our operator is based in Armenia. Cloudflare and any disclosed service providers may process information in other countries. International processing is subject to applicable transfer requirements and safeguards.

Your choices and privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about the processing of your personal data, access to it, correction of inaccurate information, or restriction or deletion where processing is unlawful or the data is no longer needed. Other rights may apply under the law that protects you.

Send requests to SP Narek Tamazyan at the business address below. Explain the request and your relationship to the account or records; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We may need proportionate identity verification. You may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority.

Children and changes to this notice

Tutor accounts are intended for adults who can enter a service agreement. Tutors who teach children must meet the notice, permission and safeguarding requirements that apply to their student records.

We update this notice when relevant practices change and show the new date. If a material change affects an account service, additional notice will be given where required before the change applies.
