Cancellation & Refund Policy

What this policy covers

The public product preview does not take payments or create subscriptions. These rules apply when a live paid plan is offered and you confirm a purchase with its billing terms.

Student payments are collected directly by tutors using their own methods. Recording a lesson payment in iamtutor.app does not transfer funds. For a lesson cancellation or refund, contact the tutor who supplied the lesson.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal using the cancellation process made available with that subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not erase the records in your workspace or immediately close an account.

Access to a paid plan ordinarily continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless you request account closure or access is restricted for a valid reason under the Terms. Keep the cancellation confirmation. If the cancellation process is unavailable, write to the operator at the address below with enough information to identify the subscription.

Refunds and billing errors

Unless applicable law requires a refund or a different refund offer was shown before purchase, fees for a started monthly or yearly billing period are not refunded solely because you cancel, stop using the service or have fewer students.

Confirmed duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised subscription charges will be investigated and corrected as appropriate. Refund rights for non-performance, withdrawal or other circumstances required by applicable law are preserved.

Making a request

Use the support or billing contact supplied with your subscription, or write to SP Narek Tamazyan at the address below. Include the account identifier, plan, charge date, amount and reason for your request. Include a receipt or transaction reference if available; never send a password or complete card number.

We will assess the purchase terms, relevant records and applicable law. If a refund is approved, it is normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Settlement times depend on the payment provider and your bank.
